Comment on Court restrains Okorocha from dissolving LGs by martin

It is a welcome development from Justice Ngozi Opara of Owerri High Court restraining the Imo State Governor, Chief Rochas Okorocha, from dissolving the elected executive councils of the state’s 27 local government areas. This will go a long way in strengthening our democracy and will also clearly cut down on the arbitrary actions of the government of imo state, that has continually flouted court orders. We now watch him to see if he would also display his mediocratic antecedents....
