NCC arrests six persons over sale of pre-registered SIM cards
By Wole Mosadomi, Minna In continuation of its efforts to rid the society of illegal sales of pre-registered SIM cards, the Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC) has arrested six dealers of pre-registered GSM SIM cards worth over N1 million in Minna, the Niger state capital.
