Prime wins Osun Federation Cup, pip Olorunda 1-0
By Ime Bassey Prime over the weekend defeated Olorunda United by a lone goal to clinch this year’s Osun Stats Federation Cup at the Federal Polytechnic. Primer goal came from the penalty spot through skipper Olapade Waheed in the 47minutes spectators’ trooped stadium to watch the epic final. Speaking to newsmen after the encounter, Osun State Governor Mr. Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola stated that; “I’m highly impressed with the display of both sides and with the support of the state government, the two teams will do well in the national competition....
