Sokoto expends N25bn on 66 roads
BY ABDALLAH EL-KUREBE Sokoto – The Aliyu Wamakko’s administration in Sokoto State has constructed/renovated 66 road projects across the state at the cost of N25 billion. Gov. Wamakko made this known at Fanare village during the commissioning of some of the road projects by his Kano State counterpart, Rabiu Kwankwaso yesterday. He said, “providing motorable roads is important in the socio-economic lives of the state,” adding that all local governments had benefited from the road projects.
